My name is Colleen Breuning, and I have created this semi-annual e-zine to showcase the wonders of nature and human emotion, through beautiful photography and poetry. My goal is to promote a website to encourage others to share their own creativity, discover the pure pleasures of poetry and experience the powerful splendor of nature, reflected in still frame.

This is the one of the largest editions of Blue Turtle Crossing ever, with the work of 20 poets featured! I would like to dedicate this issue to the memory of my son's friend, Rachel Hoffman, who was brutally murdered in May 2008. Please see my tribute to her on the News page by clicking the link below:
